Eleven years after he was apprehended and formally arraigned before the Lagos State High Court, Lagos Lawyer and socialite, Mr. Fred Ajudua was Wednesday discharged of the US$1.69 million fraud case levied against him by the Federal Government.
However, the court failed to acquit him of the offences.
Reprieve however came his way when Justice Kudirat Jose of an Ikeja High Court discharged him of all the offences proffered by the EFCC, moment the agency’s counsel narrated its ordeal and its inability to bring prosecution witnesses to the country.
