IRATE PASSENGER PROMPTS BOMB SCARE ON LAGOS BOUND FLIGHT

Date:

An irate passenger prompted a major bomb scare Tuesday morning, after he insisted that the plane he was on must stop so that he could retrieve a phone he had forgotten.
Although reports are still sketchy, it was learnt that the 8am First Nation Airways plane, was getting ready to depart the Nnamdi Azikiwe Airport, Abuja for Lagos when a passenger on board practically went ‘berserk’ insisting that he had to disembark because he could not find his phone.
When efforts to placate the unruly passenger failed, Flight 101 aborted its scheduled take off and taxied back to the terminal building where all the passengers were told to disembark.
Both the passengers and plane were thoroughly checked for possible explosive device by security operatives.
Details to follow…
