FG HOLDS PROMOTION EXAMS FOR DIRECTORS

The Federal Government through the Federal Civil Service Commission (FCSC) has commenced the 2015 promotional examinations for civil servants in the Directorate cadre.

Those affected in the one week exercise which began yesterday in Abuja are from level 14 to level 17.

A statement by the Permanent Secretary of the FCSC Saheed Kayode Adelakun said the exercise earlier scheduled for last May 2015 now holds, starting from yesterday, with accreditation to be held at the Public Service Institute of Nigeria (PSIN) Kubwa Road Abuja.

Those affected include administrative officers, auditors, accountants, legal officers, information officers and education officers among others cutting across the Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) including the State House.

Speaking on the development, spokesperson of the FCSC Dr. Joel Oruche, urged affected officers to work with the schedules of their offices and to ensure act appropriately to contribute to the smooth running and success of the exercise in the interest of national development.
