ASUU has finally called off its five months old strike with effect from today, Tuesday,December, 17th, 2013.
Speaking at a press briefing today on resolutions reached during the National Exercutive Council meeting NEC in Federal University of Technology FUT, Minna, the president of ASUU, Dr. Nasiru Fagge said, “Finally, NEC resolved to suspend the strike action embarked upon on 1st July 2013, with effect from Tuesday, December, 17, 2013 and directs its branches to resume work forthwith”.
