The FRSC in Oyo State on Wednesday vowed
that motorists driving vehicles with old number plates would
be apprehended and prosecuted as from October 1, 2013.

with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), the state’s Sector Commander, Mr Godwin
Ogagaoghene, said the validity of the old number plates would expire on
