Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello yesterday at about 5.52 pm arrived Nnamdi Azikiwe International Air port, Abuja from Germany where he said he has being on vacation in the last one week.
The governor who looked fresh on arrival was welcome by top politicians, member of his cabinet and other wishers from Kogi State.
In the last one week, rumour was making the around that the Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello who left the state two weeks ago was may have been critically ill.
The governor while speaking with journalists said he is alive and kicking noting that nothing has happened to him as being rumoured by people he said do not wish kogi well
According to him, his trip was official and that he is back to the state to continue the good work he has started stressing that he is going to run all inclusive government inrespective of political affiliations.
“What Kogi State needs now is good governance and we are fully ready to do that, I can’t afford to fail the people of Kogi State,” he promised.
He assured the people of Kogi State that his administration will look into every sectors in the state so that the state can move forward.
The governor urged the people of the state to rally round his administration so that the he can take the state to promise land.
