Kourtney Kardashian Gives Birth, Pulls Baby Out of Herself

Kourtney Kardashian gave birth to
baby Penelope on Sunday’s season finale of “Keeping
Up With the Kardashians.”

In the hospital, the reality star is seen
screaming, “Holy f**kballs” while getting her epidural.

And then — after some light editing —
Kardashian surprisingly pulls the child out of herself!
