MINISTERIAL LIST: BUHARI ACTING UNCONSTITUTIONALLY – ADEGBORUWA

A social crusader and rights activist. Mr. Ebunolu-Olu Adegboruwa has described President Mu-hammadu Buhari’s failure to appoint ministers as un¬constitutional.


He hinged this on the fact that the 1999 constitution ex¬pressly states that the Presi¬dent shall appoint ministers with whom he shall hold meetings regularly.


Adegboruwa spoke at the Provincial men’s convention of the Redeemed Christian Church (Lagos Province 22) Ikorodu Lagos held at the weekend.
The lawyer who spoke on the topic: “Nigeria’s leader¬ship and the rights of the ordinary Nigerian” stressed that Buhari needed to ap¬point ministers to have peo¬ple to work with.
He stated that the idea of flaunting his pedigree, as a man of integrity was not enough to bring about the needed change
