Police Declare Curfew In Borno

The Police have declared a 24-hour curfew in Borno State after the nationwide protest in the State became violent.

Police spokesman ASP Nahum Daso in a statement said the curfew was with immediate effect.

He said: “Based on the security chaos in the State, the Command has declared a 24-hour curfew with immediate effect.”
