A sobbing female Police Officer who pleaded anonymity told our reporter that the former Police Officer is a very generous and kind hearted Police COP.

He does not joke with anything that concerns the welfare of Officers. Before now impress given to heads of departments does not get to the Officers but when he came in he stopped it.
