SENATORS PASS VOTE OF CONFIDENCE ON SARAKI, EKWEREMADU

Date:

It was a shocker for members of Senate Unity Forum Tuesday when 81 senators passed a vote of confidence in Senate President Bukola Saraki and his deputy, Ike Ekweremadu without a dissenting voice.

The motion was moved by Senator Sam Anyanwu (Imo East) at the resumption of the Senate from four weeks’ recess and supported by Senator Dino Melaye (Kogi West).
