The President of Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC, Joe Ajaero, has been released by the security operatives.
The Recorder was informed by one of the NLC leaders that “the Comrade President has just been released. He was released at about 11.10pm.”
Ajaero was arrested at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, by security agents on Monday just as he was about boarding a flight to the United Kingdom for a Trade Union Congress (TUC) conference.
