Lagos Anglican Girls Grammar School, Surulere, Old Girls Association (LAGGSOGA), class of ’93’ is set to celebrate the 30th anniversary of graduation.
In a statement jointly signed by the President, LAGGSOGA set of ‘93, Lydia Nwajei, and Public Relations Officer (PRO), Abiola Azeez, the anniversary will feature a Symposium with topic centered on Drug abuse and Early Sex.
The Symposium will be anchored by experts and notable Nigerians who will speak to students of the school on the dangers of drug abuse and early sex.
The grand finale will feature a thanksgiving service at the school chapel followed by anniversary luncheon.
The guest list for the anniversary celebration which is scheduled to commence on 6th of September, through 10th of September 2023, includes Old Girls’ of the school as well as several notable Nigerians and dignitaries.
Founded 27 January 1955, Lagos Anglican Girls Grammar School (LAGGS) has continued to empower girls, from the youngest to the oldest, to become interested and engaged with the world around them, and able to hold their own socially and intellectually.
